About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a vibrant and authentic Mexican restaurant. This role requires a strong hospitality background, leadership skills, and a passion for Mexican cuisine and culture. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have a deep understanding of Mexican hospitality. Candidates of Mexican ethnicity are preferred to bring authenticity to the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Manage staff rosters, schedules, and shift allocations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.

Requirements

✔️ Fluent in Spanish (essential)
✔️ Previous experience in restaurant management (preferably in a Mexican or Latin American restaurant)
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
✔️ Sound knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety standards
✔️ Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
✔️ Passion for authentic Mexican cuisine and culture
✔️ Mexican ethnicity preferred
